Manage treatments

The following treatment information can be stored

• name: a textual identifier that must be given, unique
• description: textual description of the treatment
• is invasive: defines whether it is invasive (e.g. a surgery)
• is final: defines whether a treatment is final
• target: defines if the treatment addresses a subject or a housing unit
• license: relates the treatment to an animal use license/permit
